1 ) Production / working process

a.) We are fully aware of EU norms & regulations and are REACH compliant
b.) All chemical ingredients used in products comply with the REACH regulations (2006/1907/EC) 
c.) We have a procedure for handling NON CONFIRMING raw materials and products
d.) The production takes place according to FIFO system?
e.) Instruments used to control the quality during the production of items are checked by personnel
f.) We test all plastic batches of plastic components for total cadmium content and metal for total nickel content
g.) We keep records of the batch numbers of the raw materials that are used in the finished products
h.) Areas of receiving and dispatching goods protected from weather
i.) Finished products are fully traceable back to raw materials

2 ) Packaging / Transportation

a.) All packaging comply with EU Packaging Directive 94/62/EC (the max permitted limit of total lead, hexovalant      chromium, cadmium and mercury in packaging is 100pc)?
b.) Packed products stored in conditions necessary for safe storage 
c.) How do you control the exact amount and packaging
d.) Most of the times we use our own transport from our factory
e.) If required we use off site custom bonded or private warehouses near the ports

3) Quality control of your goods

a.) We have an internal quality control
b.) We accept 3rd party inspections prior to dispatch of the goods
c.) We carry out internal audits

4 ) Complaints and Recall

a.) Complaint analysis is carried out at periodic intervals.
b.) In case of a complaint after shipment, we arrange immediate reproduction free of charge or pay back the whole      amount of the not usable goods.
c.) We have a documented procedure to accommodate customer complaints i.e investigation, corrective action, response      to customer etc.
